Is there any story after the ring was destroyed?

This was my first thought after reading/watching all the LOTR series.
Finally, I figured out that there’s a story—which you have to write with your own imagination.

So, let’s talk about this fanfiction novel:

Hehtalë
Hehtalë = hehta+[lë] = vb. to abandon, to forsake+[abstract noun suffix]
In English, it means “abandonment”

魔戒三部曲之後的故事…然後呢？

這個問題也不算是困擾我很久，只是身為一個魔戒迷會想要不斷的把阿爾達這塊土地上的事情研究清楚。
後來我得出了一個結論：之後的故事要靠自己來發展。
於是有同人作家精神的自己便從暑假前開始撰寫這個魔戒被熔毀後的一百年的故事。

Hehtalë
在Quenya語裡，Hehtalë是一個美到可以扼殺掉一個生命的單詞。
在英語裡，它指的是”放棄/放棄的希望”

雖然不是這不是一個沈重的故事，但是它寫了很多精靈跟人類種族的黑暗面，
